*Presenting Authors of LBA Abstracts not Registered by this Deadline Will Have Their Abstracts Automatically Removed from the Program

Submission Fee
- USD 25.00 for ASTS, AST, or TTS members
- USD 75.00 for non-members
- Authors from LMIC countries: USD 0 for ASTS, AST, or TTS members
- Authors from LMIC countries: USD 25.00 for non-members

Language
- Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English

Structure
- Include the study’s purpose, methods, results, and conclusions

Character Limit
- 2,750 characters (including spaces, figures, and tables)

Keywords
- Four required, selected from provided dropdown lists

Blinded Review
- Avoid institutional references in the abstract body
LBA Review, Notifications and Publication
- Abstracts will undergo peer review. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by June 18, 2025.
- Accepted abstracts may be presented as oral or poster presentations.
- Accepted late breaking abstracts will not be published in the journals.
