Plan Ahead: Visa Application Tips for WTC 2025
For delegates requiring a visa to travel to the United States, we strongly encourage you to apply NOW if you haven’t already done so. Visa processing times can vary and be longer than usual. It is important to allow enough time for your application to be processed.
An official invitation letter to support your visa application will be issued only after your registration has been completed and full payment has been received by the WTC 2025 Congress Secretariat.
Please note that it is the responsibility of each delegate to determine their specific visa requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
