Your banner ad will be placed on specific pages of WTC 2025 website, allowing delegates to click on your company’s ad and be redirected to your webpage. Final banner to be provided by the exhibitor upon receipt of the specifications sent by Congress Secretariat.

Non-profit Booths
A dedicated area will be reserved for not-for-profit booths inside the exhibit hall. The booths will be an in-line type. The space allocation, within the area, will be based on first-come first-paid.
Start-up Kiosk
A dedicated area will be reserved for start-up companies inside the exhibit hall. The kiosk will have a triangular shape. The space allocation, within the area, will be based on first-come first-paid. Provide a description of your company to prove you’re a start-up company to wtc2025-partnerships@icsevents.com

Medical Affairs Booths (10’x20’) – 10 available
Limited meeting/office space is available for you to host reviews, meetings, staff offices, press rooms, etc.
- Located in the exhibit hall
- Boardroom style for 6 pax
- Includes monitor, cables and power
- Room available from midday 3 – 6 August 2025
- Shell scheme with company’s logo at the door

The Exhibitor Manual
The Exhibitor Manual documenting all relevant showcasing information will be available before the end of 2024. It will also include the order forms for additional booth accessories and special requests (i.e. power, lighting, display materials, graphics, food & beverage, lead retrieval etc.). Space Allocation
Exhibit space allocation will start in early 2025, and level sponsors will have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis. Payment must be received prior to booth selection.
No Exhibitor may sublet or share with another Exhibitor.
