Partnership Options

Advisory Board & Ancillary Meetings

Any meeting whose invited participants are attendees of the Congress will be considered an Advisory Board or Ancillary Meeting. Such meetings could include advisory board meetings, committee meetings, hospitality suite, investigator meetings, offices, social/networking and university alumni events, investigator meetings and meet-the-specialist type meetings.

A fee is applicable for hosting these meetings, with the amount being dependent on the size and duration of your meeting.

The hourly fee includes:

Small Room

USD 4,500

Medium Room

USD 6,500

Large Room

USD 8,500

You are permitted to hold meetings outside the designated WTC meeting spaces. These meetings will be subject to approval and only a hosting fee will apply. Meeting space and other associated costs will be at your own expense.
  • Hosting Fee: USD 2,000
  • Hosting Fee Not for Profit: USD 500
Meetings excluded from this category are internal/staff meetings that solely involve employees of your company, regardless of their attendance at the Congress.

Blackout Times

The Congress offers a limited number of designated meeting spaces for supporters at the Moscone West, InterContinental Hotel and Marriott Marquis, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, for hosting Advisory Board and Ancillary Meetings.

Meetings with less than 15 attendees and meeting spaces booked via WTC 2025 can be hosted at any time during the Congress.

Meetings with more than 15 attendees and meeting spaces booked via WTC 2025 can not be hosted during the following times.

Approval Process

All Advisory Board and Ancillary Meetings are subject to approval by the WTC 2025. Book your meeting using the order form and provide further details.
